My mission is simple: I help people. If you have a problem with a product or service – any product or service – I’ll do my best to assist. It’s what I do, and I love it.

My website, Elliott, helps you avoid the most common consumer problems so you don’t have to become a victim.
I assist consumers in real time, via email, or social media. The most effective resolutions happen on Twitter or via my help forum.
I don’t let go of a case. I have a team of advocates who make sure every problem is resolved. And if it can’t be fixed, that our failure to help is properly documented.
I cover my successes – and failures – in my news outlets, from my syndicated column to features in USA Today and the Washington Post.
